About FARDALENS

Built for the decision before the application.

FARDALENS helps international professionals understand how their experience may translate in the Dutch market before they commit to applications, relocation or a new career direction. The work combines structured professional evidence, current market sources and accountable human review where judgment is required.

Why it exists

Strong experience does not translate automatically.

International professionals are often told to start with a CV, a vacancy search or a sponsor list. Those steps come too early when the more important questions are still unanswered: which Dutch role fits the evidence, what seniority the market may recognise, whether demand is real and whether access is practical.

Career translation—not title matching.

A familiar title can represent different scope or seniority in another country. FARDALENS starts from demonstrated work rather than assuming that titles travel unchanged.

Evidence before labels

Market reality—not generic encouragement.

A credible direction must survive contact with current Dutch demand, profession requirements, employer expectations and realistic access conditions.

Fit tested against reality

How human review is used

Human judgment tests the interpretation. It does not replace evidence.

Human review can challenge an interpretation, identify a blind spot or test whether a proposed route remains credible in practice. The final assessment still has to meet the same evidence and source standards.

Challenge

Does the proposed Dutch role genuinely match the demonstrated responsibility, or only the job title?

Context

What language, sector, workplace or access conditions might change the route in practice?

Validate

Does the conclusion remain defensible when professional evidence, current sources and critical unknowns are considered together?

The standard

Human does not mean subjective.

Review adds judgment, challenge and context. It is governed by clear limits so that individual perspective never becomes a rule for every candidate.

  1. 01
    Evidence remains the anchor

Human judgment can challenge or sharpen an interpretation, but it cannot create a capability claim that the professional record does not support.

  2. 02
Anecdote does not become market proof

Personal experience is tested against current vacancies, official information and other date-stamped market evidence.

  3. 03
    Different journeys stay visible

One person’s route into the Netherlands is not treated as a universal template. Profession, timing, language, sector and access conditions all matter.

  4. 04
An analyst owns the final judgment

Career Outlook is human-reviewed before delivery. Human judgment informs the work; it does not replace accountable, case-specific approval.
